Terms of Service
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Case Blueprint Consulting LLC (“Case Blueprint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and consultation offerings related to EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) immigration consulting.
By accessing our website at caseblueprint.com, scheduling a consultation, or engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Case Blueprint Consulting LLC is a private organization registered in the State of New York with DOS ID: 7684092. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, including but not limited to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of State, or any other federal, state, or local government entity.
2. Nature of Services
2.1 Consulting Services Only
Case Blueprint provides immigration consulting and document preparation services. We DO NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, or practice law. All legal filings, petitions, and representations before USCIS or any government agency must be handled by a licensed immigration attorney.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- EB-2 NIW eligibility assessment and consultation
- Strategic business plan development
- Evidence compilation and organization
- U.S. business foundation setup (LLC formation, EIN registration)
- Website and brand development
- Credential evaluation coordination
- Document translation coordination
- Attorney-ready case package preparation
2.2 Government Services Availability
Important Disclosure: Immigration services, including EB-2 NIW petitions, can be filed directly with the U.S. government (USCIS) without using our consulting services. You have the right to prepare and submit your own petition or hire an immigration attorney directly. USCIS does not charge fees for consulting services—only government filing fees apply.
Case Blueprint’s value lies in expert case preparation, strategic guidance, and comprehensive documentation support to strengthen your petition before attorney filing.
2.3 Attorney Partnership Required
While we prepare comprehensive case packages, all legal filings must be submitted through a licensed immigration attorney. We work collaboratively with attorneys but do not file petitions ourselves. You are responsible for retaining legal counsel for the filing process.
3. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities
3.1 Client Eligibility
Our services are designed for qualified professionals with:
- Advanced degrees (Master’s or higher) or exceptional ability
- Professional achievements benefiting U.S. national interests
- Work experience in technology, healthcare, research, business, or related fields
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the consultation and case preparation process. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
3.3 Document Provision
You are responsible for timely providing all requested documents, credentials, evidence, and information necessary for case preparation. Delays in providing materials may extend service timelines.
4. Geographic Restrictions and Sanctioned Countries
Case Blueprint does NOT provide services to individuals located in, citizens of, or conducting business with countries subject to U.S. economic sanctions, including but not limited to:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Crimea region of Ukraine
- Any other countries designated by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, a citizen of, or conducting business with any sanctioned country or entity.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate existing engagements if we determine you are subject to sanctions or restrictions under U.S. law.
